Ramratan Java

Ramratan Java is a seasoned software engineering professional with extensive experience in the technology sector. Currently serving as a Lead Software Engineer at Freshworks since September 2020, Ramratan has also held the role of Senior Software Engineer within the same company. Prior experience includes working as a Business Technology Analyst at ZS from June 2018 to September 2020 and as a Programmer Analyst at Cognizant from June 2016 to May 2018, following a position as a Programmer Analyst Trainee. Ramratan holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering from SRM IST Chennai, completed in 2016.
