Alexandra Stålklinga has a diverse work experience. From 2010 to 2011, they worked as a cashier at Hemköp. From 2011 to 2013, they worked as a store salesperson at Hollister Co. From 2013 to 2018, they worked as a preschool substitute at Pysslingen Förskolor. In 2018, they joined Freska as a Recruiter and after nine months was promoted to Head of Operations. In this role, they are responsible for leading their team, managing payroll and sick leave, and helping them reach their personal goals. Alexandra is also responsible for recruiting and onboarding new employees, optimizing schedules, and supporting customer service and sales. Additionally, they are involved in various HR processes.
Alexandra Stålklinga began their education in 2009, when they completed their Gymnasieexamen from Jensen Gymnasium Södra in Naturvetenskap. In 2014, they completed Fristående kurser in Företagsekonomi from Griffith University. In 2015, they completed a Fristående kurs in Praktisk Projektledning from Stockholm University, as well as a Fristående kurs in Företagsekonomi A from Uppsala University. From 2016-2017, they completed a Fristående kurs in Nationalekonomi from Kristianstad University. Finally, from 2015-2018, they completed a Kandidatexamen in Personal, arbete och organisation from Stockholm University.
