Arturo Fernández

Arturo Fernández is a Mexican mechanical engineer who currently serves as a non-executive director for the mining company Fresnillo. Fernández has over ten years of experience in the mining and maintenance industry, having worked their way up from a mechanical maintenance role at Peñoles to a management position at Fresnillo. In their current role, Fernández is responsible for overseeing the company's maintenance operations and ensuring that they are carried out safely, efficiently, and in compliance with all applicable regulations.

Arturo Fernández studied mechanical engineering at the Instituto Tecnológico de la Laguna. Arturo then completed a diploma in executive management at the Instituto Tecnológico Autónomo de México. Finally, they earned a master's degree in business administration with a focus in finance from Universidad Tecmilenio.
