Victor Guerrero has extensive experience in ventilation management within the mining industry. Currently serving as the Ventilación Gerencia Corporativa de Planeación at FRESNILLO PLC since May 2021, Victor has previously held positions such as Ingeniero de Ventilación at Torex Gold Resources Inc. and Supervisor de Ventilación at Goldcorp, where responsibilities included monitoring ventilation, designing ventilation circuits, and overseeing the installation and relocation of fans.
