The Compliance and Regulatory team at Fresnillo ensures that all company operations adhere to relevant legal frameworks, regulatory requirements, and ethical standards. This team, consisting of the General Counsel and Compliance Director, the Regulatory Compliance Manager, and the ESG Compliance Manager, is responsible for overseeing legal compliance, managing regulatory risks, and integrating Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) principles into company practices.
