Gustavo Alarcon

Gustavo Alarcon is currently the General Counsel and Compliance Director at FRESNILLO PLC. Prior to this role, Gustavo served as the Deputy General Counsel at Penoles Industries. Gustavo has also worked as a Senior Legal Counsel at GE Capital and as a Senior Associate at Baker & McKenzie, specializing in banking and finance. Additionally, Gustavo has experience as an Adjunct Professor at ITESM - EGAP. Gustavo holds a LL.M. degree in Law from Georgetown University Law Center and is a licensed attorney from Universidad de Monterrey.
