Fresno EOC is one of the largest Community Action Agencies in the United States. Fresno EOC is a private, non-profit agency that works to transform and inspire our community. Fresno EOC has over 30 programs to assist individuals and families out of poverty through education, job training, and health and nutrition assistance.
