Latisha Conway has extensive work experience in various roles at the Fresno Economic Opportunities Commission (Fresno EOC) and Fresno County EOC. Latisha started their career in 1999 as a Financial Analyst at Fresno County EOC, where they were responsible for keeping program financial data and preparing financial reports and budgets. In 1999, they also joined Fresno EOC as an Operations and Fiscal Supervisor, overseeing operational and fiscal activities until October 2020. From May 2001 to September 2004, Latisha served as a Payroll Assistant at Fresno EOC, ensuring timely and accurate payroll processing for employees. Additionally, they took on the role of Internal Auditor 2 at Fresno EOC from September 2004 to January 2010, performing internal audits and general accounting duties. Latisha's most recent role at Fresno EOC was as an Administrative and Operations Manager, which they started in October 2020.
