Dr. Bill Dailey Jr has extensive experience in social work and gerontology, having served as Social Work Faculty at Fresno Pacific University until retirement in 2018, where courses included SW 420 Becoming A Change Agent and Sociology of Aging. In addition, Dr. Dailey has been a Human Services Faculty member at Fresno City College and joined the Gerontology faculty at California State University in 2000. The role as Regional Director for the Ombudsman Program involved training in-services and community liaison for senior services. Previously, Dr. Dailey facilitated undergraduate courses in Gerontology and Public Health at California State University, Fresno until 2015 and contributed to the development of educational programs as a Research Assistant with the California Geriatric Education Center. Educational qualifications include a Doctorate in Education from Fielding Graduate University, a Master's in Public Administration from California State University, Fresno, and a Bachelor of Arts in Religion from Azusa Pacific College.
