Max J. Tsai has served as the Director of Planning and Digital Transformation at California State University, Fresno since February 2003, leading university-wide digital transformation initiatives and enhancing digital accessibility. Max J. Tsai has held various roles, including Computer Science Faculty Lecturer and Interim Director of Digital Transformation, focusing on integrating digital technologies to improve campus processes and student experiences. Additional positions include Digital Transformation and Innovation Officer and Coordinator of Technology Experiences, where responsibilities included advancing technology innovation and managing digital transformation programs. Max J. Tsai earned both a Master’s and Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science from California State University, Fresno.
