Kristi Olivares, Ph.D., serves as the Executive Director of the Project Management Office and the Executive Director of Equity and Access at Fresno Unified School District, where responsibilities include planning, organizing, and coordinating research, assessment, and accountability services, along with designing and implementing student data reporting tools. Prior to this role, Kristi facilitated online courses in research and statistics at the University of Phoenix and worked as the Director of Community Research and Evaluation at the Alliance for Community Research and Development, focusing on evaluation and technical assistance in various sectors. Kristi began academic pursuits as a Graduate Student/Lab Supervisor/Researcher at the University of California, Merced, where expertise was developed in children's cognitive development, data analysis, and research methodologies, and also contributed to undergraduate education as a Graduate Teaching Assistant.
