Nikki Henry

Nikki Henry, MPA has a diverse work experience. Nikki has served as the Chief Communications Officer for the Fresno Unified School District since September 2019, focusing on transparent and engaging communication for students, staff, and families. Nikki has also founded and led Ladies Leading Ladies to empower women and non-binary individuals to become supportive leaders. In addition, they have held roles in program management, operations, and advocacy at organizations like the Central Valley Community Foundation, Fresno County EDC, and Reading and Beyond. Nikki's background includes managing volunteer programs, sexual assault prevention initiatives, and administrative tasks in various sectors.

Nikki Henry, MPA completed their Bachelor of Science in Psychology at Central Washington University from 2008 to 2010. Nikki then went on to earn their Master of Public Administration (MPA) at California State University, Fresno from 2013 to 2015. In 2022, they obtained a certification from the Public Education Leadership Project Summer Institute at Harvard Business School Executive Education.
