Adrielly Souza

Adrielly Souza is a Senior UX Researcher at Fretebras since January 2022, with prior experience as a Pleno UX Researcher. Responsibilities include conducting briefing meetings with product managers and design professionals, defining research questions, and developing methodological plans for qualitative and mixed-method research. Adrielly has also held teaching roles at Faculdade Santa Helena and has contributed to various research projects with IATI and the Ministry of Tourism, focusing on data collection and analysis. Educational qualifications include a Master's in Hospitality and Tourism and a Bachelor's in Tourism from Universidade Federal de Pernambuco. Proficient in tools such as Notion, Miro, Canva, Google+, and SPSS.
