Gisele Aloy

Gisele Aloy is a seasoned marketing professional with extensive experience in growth marketing, digital strategy, and customer relationship management (CRM). Currently serving as Senior Manager of Marketing at Fretebras since June 2022, Gisele leads a team focused on marketing strategies for app and website performance, optimizing customer acquisition costs and lifetime value. Prior to Fretebras, Gisele held managerial roles at TIM Brasil from December 2016 to May 2022, where responsibilities included user acquisition, retention strategies, and customer journey optimization across multiple communication channels. Gisele's earlier career includes significant positions at Oi/Telemar, Add Technologies, and Fotosfera, along with an educational background featuring an MBA in Finance from Fundação Getulio Vargas and a degree in Marketing from Estácio.
