Rohit Gokul Patil

Rohit Gokul Patil is an experienced Battery Systems Validation Engineer II at Freudenberg e-Power Systems since June 2025, focusing on system-level software testing for battery management systems (BMS) in high-voltage environments. Prior to this role, Rohit served as an Embedded Controls Engineer at LHP Engineering Solutions, conducting similar software testing and validation for BMS. Rohit began a career in engineering as a Research Assistant at the Transportation and Autonomous System Institute at IUPUI, contributing to the development of an occupant sensing system for autonomous vehicles. Earlier experiences include working as a Production and Design Engineer at MENGI Engineering Private Limited. Rohit holds a Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Indiana University Indianapolis and a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Mumbai, along with a diploma in Mechanical Engineering from Maharashtra State Board of Technical Institute.
