Pamela Roberts has work experience in various roles and companies. Pamela started their career in 1998 as a Clerk at the US Census Bureau, where they worked until 2000. In 2004, they joined MedVenture Technology Corporation as a Manufacturing Associate and later transitioned to the role of HR Assistant/Receptionist at Freudenberg Medical (formerly Helix Medical and MedVenture Technology). Pamela held the HR Assistant/Receptionist position for 12 years. In 2007, they took on the role of Buyer at MedVenture Technology Corporation, where they worked for 2 years until 2009.

In 2013, they obtained the German Intercultural Awareness certification from Freudenberg-NOK Sealing Technologies. Finally, in 2012, they completed the Microsoft Excel 2010 Level I & II certification from Ivy Tech Corporate College.
