James Napier

James Napier is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in tooling and machinery. Currently serving as a Senior Tooling Engineer at Freudenberg Sealing Technologies since August 2021, James leads projects focused on designing molds for the medical, transportation, and manufacturing sectors. Prior to this role, James spent 22 years at Hamilton Mold & Machine, where responsibilities included maintaining the Microsoft-based network as IT Manager and designing injection molds as a Senior Mold Designer. James also contributed skills as a Mold Designer at Designers & Draftsmen, Inc. and as a 3D Modeler at Ross Mold. James holds an Associate's degree in Mechanical Cad and IT Administration from Pittsburgh Technical College.
