Melanie Mathes

Melanie Mathes has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as the Director of Human Resources for Freudenberg Sealing Technologies since March 2012. In this role, Melanie oversees HR operations in Germany and leads policies and projects. Previously, Melanie held positions at Sirona Dental Systems as an HR Business Partner and at hte GmbH as Personalreferentin. Early career experience includes a management trainee position at ABB AG Mannheim. Melanie holds a degree in Dipl. Betriebswirtin, BWL (Industrie) from Duale Hochschule Baden-Württemberg, completed in 2005.
