Jeffrey J. Tarantino

Jeffrey Tarantino is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the water utilities sector. Currently serving as President of APWA Silicon Valley since December 2021, Jeffrey has also held roles as Vice President, Secretary, and Treasurer within the organization. At the California-Nevada Section American Water Works Association, Jeffrey is the Awards Committee Chair and leads the Smaller Water Utilities Committee, focusing on fostering collaboration between small and large utilities. As Executive Vice President at Freyer & Laureta, Inc. since January 2015, Jeffrey supports the company's growth initiatives. Previous experience includes serving as a Senior Project Manager at Erler & Kalinowski, Inc., and as a Project Engineer at RMC Water and Environment. Jeffrey holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Santa Clara University.
