Luísa Ferreira is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in various roles related to human resources and psychology. Currently serving as HR Manager at FRICON since September 2019, Luísa oversees all core areas of people management, including the recruitment and onboarding processes. Previous positions include HR Business Partner for Bershka at Inditex, Human Resources Generalist at OralMED Saúde, and HR Consultant at SHL Portugal. Luísa's early career included roles as a psychologist at AMI, Education Clinic Daniela Camões, and ASAS de Ramalde. Educational qualifications include an Executive Master in Human Resources Management from INDEG-ISCTE and an Integrated Master in Psychology from the University of Porto, along with additional certifications in workplace safety and child psychology.
