Amanda Rogers has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Amanda started their career in 1994 with Barratts Shoes as a Shop Assistant, where they helped customers select footwear and managed stock levels. Amanda later became a Shop Manager in the same company, where they dealt with staff management, deliveries, and cash management. In 1997, Amanda joined Friday Media Group as a Sales Assistant, taking adverts for their publication and serving customers with stationary requirements. Amanda then progressed to become a Shop Manager, where they managed print publication deadlines and quality control of adverts. In 2001, Amanda transitioned to a non-retail role as a Customer Service Supervisor in the call center of Friday Media Group, handling customer queries and complaints related to their printed publications. Eventually, they became the Head of Client Services for the specific division called Spidersnet.

Amanda Rogers attended Varndean Sixth Form College from 1995 to 1996, where they studied Maths & Science.
