Bahati Komba

Bahati Komba has held various roles throughout their work experience. Bahati began their career as an Administrative Assistant at G&J(2003) CONSTRUCTION CO. LIMITED from March 2006 to July 2008. Bahati then worked as an HQ Coordinator at Chumbe Island Coral Park from August 2008 to March 2009. From October 2009 to December 2014, they worked as a Senior Human Resources Officer at Hotels & Lodges (T) Limited. Bahati then joined Acacia Mining plc as an Organizational Effectiveness specialist from December 2014 to December 2015, and as a Compensation and Benefit Specialist from January 2016 to January 2018. Their most recent position was at The Friedkin Group, where they initially worked as a Human Resources Manager from February 2018 to February 2020, and then as the Head of People & Culture since February 2020.

Bahati Komba obtained a Bachelor's degree in Social Science (BACAT) from Tumaini University (Iringa University College) between 2006 and 2009. Later, in 2012 and 2013, Bahati pursued a Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resources Management at Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture and Technology.
