Douglas Northrup

Sr Manager, Networks at Friedkin Companies, Inc.

Douglas Northrup has extensive work experience in network management and architecture. Douglas started their career in 1995 with the United States Army, where they served as an IT Manager for the Military District of Washington. In this role, they designed, installed, and maintained a large-scale network with over 120,000 users. Douglas also led the IT operations for the Presidential Inauguration in 1996. After leaving the military in 1999, they joined EB Networks as a Senior Network Architect. In 2001, they moved to Cofiniti as a Network Manager before transitioning to CGG in 2002, where they held the role of Network Manager until 2021. Currently, they are working as a Senior Manager of Networks at The Friedkin Group.

Douglas Northrup pursued their education in a systematic manner, starting with their Bachelor of Science degree in Information Systems Management from the University of Maryland Global Campus, which they completed from 1993 to 2002. Later, they decided to further enhance their knowledge and skills by pursuing a Master's in Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Phoenix, which they completed from 2006 to 2008.
