Teresa Groff

Teresa Groff has a strong background in the field of benefits and human resources. Teresa began their career at Aon Hewitt as a Business Delivery Specialist in July 2016 and worked there until April 2017. After that, they joined Adair Restaurants as a Human Resources Generalist from April 2017 to June 2018. Teresa then moved on to Empyrean Benefit Solutions, Inc., where they held two roles: Associate Client Service Manager from April 2021 to January 2023, and Business Systems Analyst from June 2018 to April 2021. Currently, Teresa is employed at The Friedkin Group as a Senior Benefits Analyst, starting in January 2023.

Teresa Groff pursued their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree with Honors in Marketing from Oklahoma State University. Teresa attended the university from 2012 to 2016 to complete their undergraduate education.
