Matt O'Rourke

Matt O'Rourke has a diverse work experience spanning over 16 years. Matt is currently working as the CFO at Friedrich Air Conditioning since November 2021. Prior to that, they served as the Director of Finance, Global Water Division at Rheem Manufacturing from February 2017 to November 2021. Before joining Rheem, they worked as a Senior Manager, Financial Reporting & Analysis at WestRock Company from July 2013 to February 2017. Matt also gained experience as a Finance Manager at Focus Brands Inc from April 2009 to July 2013. Matt began their career at ista-North America as a Business Analyst/Energy Management Consultant from February 2006 to March 2009. Matt's first professional role was as a Data Analyst - Intern at Solutionz Group, Inc. from August 2005 to February 2006.

Matt O'Rourke earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from the University of Colorado Boulder in 2005. Matt later obtained their MBA with a focus on Business Analysis from Georgia State University, graduating in 2011.
