Kayli Dale

Kayli Dale has had a diverse range of work experiences. Kayli is currently the Co-Founder and CEO of Friendlier since January 2020. In 2020, they were also a DMZ Basecamp Fellow at The DMZ from July to September.

Prior to that, Kayli worked as an Operations Engineering Student at Solvay from September to December 2019. Kayli also served as a Product & Business Development Intern at ExVivo Labs Inc. from January to April 2019.

In 2018, Kayli was a Plant Engineering VSU Co-op at Mondelēz International from May to August. Kayli also gained experience as a Student Area Leader at General Motors from September to December 2017, and as a Metallurgical Fuels Co-op Student at Natural Resources Canada from January to April 2017.

Before these roles, Kayli worked as an Assistant Project Manager in the Department of Chemical Engineering at the University of Waterloo from May to August 2016. Kayli also served as a Supervisor at Broderick's Ice Cream Parlour from June 2012 to August 2015. Additionally, Kayli was a Captain/Assistant Coach for the Parkside Cheerleading Team from September 2011 to May 2015.

Kayli Dale attended Parkside Collegiate Institute from 2011 to 2015, where they completed their high school education with a focus on French Immersion. In 2015, they enrolled at the University of Waterloo to pursue a Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering. Kayli studied at the University of Waterloo from 2015 to 2020, working towards their degree. In 2018, Kayli also participated in an exchange term at Lund University, focusing on Chemical Engineering.
