Kathleen Williams

Director of Human Resources at Friendly Senior Living

Kathleen Williams is the current Director of Human Resources at Friendly Senior Living. Kathleen has over 20 years of experience in human resources and operations management. Kathleen began their career in 1994 as a Manager at Rochester General Health System. In this role, they oversaw the operations of the clinic and developed annual budgets. Kathleen also directed and oversaw clinical and non-clinical team members. In 2013, they became a Project Lead at Rochester Midland Corporation, where they facilitated and led a project for the conversion of OSHA mandated changes to comply with the Global Harmonizing System. Kathleen Williams has been with Friendly Senior Living since November 2016 and currently oversees all human resources functions for the organization.

Kathleen Williams has a B.S in Health Systems Administration from Rochester Institute of Technology and an A.A.S in Secretarial Science and Liberal Arts from Monroe Community College. Kathleen is also certified from SHRM in SHRM-CP.
