Kathy Coppeta Williams

Kathy Coppeta Williams has a range of work experience in the field of Human Resources. Kathy began their career at RGH as an Administrative Secretary I, where they were responsible for coordinating various programs and managing budgets. Kathy then moved on to Rochester General Health System, where they held the positions of Program Coordinator and Manager of Clinic Operations. In these roles, Kathy oversaw the operational functions of the programs and developed and managed budgets. Kathy also gained experience in project management as a Project Lead at Rochester Midland Corporation. In their most recent positions at Cloverwood Senior Living and Friendly Senior Living, Kathy served as Manager and Director of Human Resources. Kathy was responsible for all aspects of the employment life cycle, including talent acquisition, employee relations, and policy compliance. Kathy's experience has allowed their to develop strong interpersonal skills and effectively collaborate with both management and employees.

Kathy Coppeta Williams, SHRM-CP, holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Health Systems Administration from the Rochester Institute of Technology, obtained in 2013. Kathy also has an Associate of Applied Science degree in Secretarial Science and Liberal Arts, with a focus on nutrition, from Monroe Community College. In 2016, Kathy obtained the SHRM-CP certification from SHRM.
