Windila Balbone is a dedicated professional with extensive experience in international relations and dialogue facilitation. Currently serving as a Program Associate and Fellow at the Herbert Scoville Jr. Peace Fellowship and the Friends Committee on National Legislation, respectively, Windila has honed skills in program management and research. As a Research Assistant Intern at the Eurasia Center, responsibilities include conducting research, managing the organization’s website, and editing peer research articles. Additionally, Windila has served as a Dialogue Facilitator with Soliya and previously worked as an Administrative Assistant at the International Rescue Committee. Windila holds a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations and Affairs from the State University of New York College at Potsdam, achieved in 2021.
