Kenneth Fields

Kenneth Fields is currently the Director of Compliance at Friends For Life. Kenneth has over ten years of experience in human resources and has a strong background in operations management and business development. Prior to their current position, Kenneth was the Director of Human Resources at Ascent Children's Health Services, where they oversaw a staff of 300 employees. Kenneth has also worked as a Small Business Consultant and an Outreach Pastor. Kenneth is a skilled communicator and excels at working with people. Kenneth is dedicated to their work and takes pride in helping others.

Kenneth Fields attended Arkansas State University for their Biology/Chemistry Prerequisites, Associates of Arts, and Bachelor of Arts. Kenneth's field of study was Pre-Medicine/Pre-Medical Studies for their first two degrees and Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General, for their Bachelor of Arts.

Kenneth Fields reports to Diane Duke, President & CEO. They work with Scott Welch - CFO, Mia Cotton - Chief Programs Officer, and John-Michael Alderson - VP, Development & Community Engagement.
