Lapedra has a diverse background in user experience design and visual communication, with experience in various government and private sector roles. Tolson is also a highly decorated former combat photographer with numerous awards and achievements, including being a 2-time Military Photographer of the Year. Lapedra holds degrees in Filmmaking, Publications Design, Broadcast Production, and Communications.
