Marko Ivkovic

Marko Ivkovic is an experienced International Human Resources Coordinator at Friends-International, focusing on building HR systems for a prominent child protection NGO with a team of over 600 across Southeast Asia since May 2012. Previous experiences include serving as HR Manager at Carpets for Communities, where responsibilities included HR strategy development and volunteer engagement, and as a Learning Coordinator at Ernst & Young, specializing in training logistics. Marko has also worked as an Inhouse Consultant at PASSAGE Group, a Marketing Manager at iCap Nigeria, and played various roles at AIESEC, including managing international student exchange programs and facilitating leadership seminars. Marko holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Organizational Management from the University of Belgrade.
