Emi Murphy

Emi Murphy is an experienced campaign lead and environmental advocate with a strong background in climate-related initiatives. Currently serving as the Campaign Lead for Friends of the Earth since July 2012, Emi leads efforts to double UK tree cover, effectively managing campaign strategy, team performance, and media engagement. Previous roles at Friends of the Earth include Campaigner and Campaign Lead for successful projects like the Bee Cause campaign, where Emi focused on strategic direction, budget management, and stakeholder engagement. Emi also has experience as a Green Impact Project Coordinator at the University of Westminster, promoting sustainable practices within the institution. Emi holds a First Class BA (Hons) in Environment Social Science from the University of Kent.
