Head Of Campaign Activism at Friends of the Earth

Jennifer Rosenberg has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Jennifer started their career in 2007 as a Volunteer Manager at the University of Brighton. Jennifer then worked at the Quaker United Nations Office, focusing on Human Rights and Refugees from 2008 to 2009. From 2009 to 2010, they were a part of the Policy and Advocacy Team at The Refugee Council. In 2010, they served as an Events Organizer at Doctors of the World UK/Health for Undocumented Migrants Network. Jennifer joined The Race Equality Foundation in 2011 for a brief period, working on a Health Project. In the same year, they joined Friends of the Earth as part of their Climate and Energy Campaign. Over the years, they held various roles in the organization, including Activism Impact Coordinator and Senior Activism Impact Coordinator, before becoming the Head of Campaign Activism in 2018. Jennifer also briefly worked at Friends of the Earth Europe in 2011, contributing to the Economic Justice Campaign.

Jennifer Rosenberg obtained a Masters in Understanding and Securing Human Rights from the Institute of Commonwealth Studies, University of London, from 2009 to 2010. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor's degree in Comparative American Studies at the University of Warwick from 2001 to 2005. Their field of study during their Bachelor's degree included Politics, Development, Human Rights, History, Literature, and Spanish. In 2003 to 2004, Jennifer studied Spanish and Mexican cultural studies at the University of Guadalajara, Mexico. Additionally, they have obtained several certifications including Campaign Bootcamp, Diploma in Spanish from the International University of Menendez Pelayo, Human Rights at the UN from the Conference of NGOs in Consultative Relationship with the United Nations, Monitoring and Evaluation from Charities Evaluation Services, and Moving into Management from the directory of social change.
