Felicia Shumpert

Felicia Shumpert has a diverse professional background with significant experience in housing support and customer service. Currently serving as a Housing Support Specialist at Friends of the Family since October 2017, Felicia previously held positions at Hy-Vee, Inc. as a Hostess and completed an internship as an Outreach Services Intern at Cedar Valley Friends of the Family.
