Richelle Dickerson

Richelle Dickerson currently serves as the Assistant Director of People and Culture at Friends of Waterfront Seattle since April 2023, previously holding the position of Executive Assistant. Prior to this role, Richelle spent nearly eleven years at the Burke Museum of Natural History and Culture as Executive Assistant & Board Liaison, where responsibilities included managing the Director's office communications and schedules. Richelle also worked at WOODS & ASSOCIATES for over sixteen years as a Senior Recruiter, overseeing the full-cycle recruiting process and client relations. Earlier in the career, Richelle was a Regulatory Affairs Assistant at Immunex Corporation, managing submissions and routine regulatory activities. Richelle holds a Bachelor of Arts degree with an emphasis in Theatre Directing & Stage Management from Hope College.
