Terrence Ross-Joyner is an experienced talent acquisition professional with a diverse background in recruitment across various industries. Currently serving as a Talent Acquisition specialist at Friends of Youth, Terrence focuses on providing opportunities for youth in the Puget Sound Region. Previous roles include Talent Acquisition Sourcing Partner at Trident Seafoods and Senior Technical Recruiter at Flawless Recruit, where Terrence specialized in technical talent acquisition. Additional experience encompasses technical sourcing at companies such as Uber, Boeing, and Databricks, along with a strong foundation in human resources management gained at Sensability Inc. Terrence holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the University of Washington.

For over 70 years, Friends of Youth has been driven by a belief that all youth should have every opportunity to succeed, and partners with youth and families to provide the relationships, resources, and skills they need to attain personal growth and success. With 24 program sites serving 18 cities in the Puget Sound Region, Friends of Youth provides safe places and emotional support for youth facing circumstances including homelessness, foster care, and behavioral health challenges.
