Leadership Team

The Leadership Team at Friends of Youth is responsible for steering the organization towards its mission of empowering youth to achieve personal growth and success. Comprised of the CEO, Chief Operations Officer, and two Chief Financial Officers, this team sets strategic goals, ensures operational excellence, oversees financial stability, and fosters a culture that aligns with the organization's core values of safety, stability, and belonging for all youth. They work collaboratively to provide vision, direction, and support for all programs and initiatives within the organization.
