Bianca Washington

Bianca Washington currently serves as the Assistant Director of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion at Friends School of Baltimore, a role held since October 2020, where responsibilities include developing and implementing strategic programs and initiatives, as well as engaging with Restorative Practices. Prior to this position, Bianca held the titles of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Coordinator, Admissions Associate, and Academic Coach at the same institution, providing academic support and feedback on student progress. Earlier experience includes serving as a Soccer Coach and Brand Ambassador for Soccer Shots DC/MD/VA, focusing on teaching soccer skills and promoting programs through community engagement. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from the University of Maryland Baltimore County and a High School Diploma from Friends School of Baltimore.
