Tracy Matthews

Tracy Matthews currently serves as the Director of College Planning, Director of Testing, Registrar, and Upper School Advisor at Friends Select School, where responsibilities include advising approximately 100 juniors and seniors and their parents on the college search and application process, as well as planning college night programs. Prior to this role, Tracy Matthews worked at Swarthmore College as the Senior Associate Dean of Admissions & Coordinator of Student of Color Recruitment, focusing on recruiting diverse applicants and presenting them in the admissions committee. Tracy Matthews also held the position of Admissions Officer at Princeton University, where evaluations and admissions decisions were made for freshmen and transfer applicants. Tracy Matthews holds a Master of Arts in Public Communications from Syracuse University and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Swarthmore College.
