Jenni Suomalainen is an experienced hospitality and business management professional with a diverse background in various entrepreneurial and management roles. Currently serving as the Restaurant Manager at Friends & Brgrs since March 2022, Jenni also holds a position as Team Leader and board member at Projektitoimisto Tempo, which has been active since January 2019. Previous entrepreneurial ventures include managing Kotakahvila and Kahvila Myllytupa, where responsibilities encompassed business development, budget handling, and customer experience enhancements. Jenni's experience extends to shift management roles at Osuuskauppa Keskimaa and Restel Fast Food Oy, along with a background in international relations representation at Tiimiakatemia Jyväskylä. Jenni Suomalainen holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Tiimiakatemia, completed in December 2021.

Fresh tastes best, which is why we bake our own buns in the restaurant, every day. It’s also why we ground our own beef, make our fries from fresh potatoes, and prepare our own sauces from scratch. We work with carefully selected suppliers that we know and trust. 95% of our ingredients are Finnish. There are easier ways to make burgers and fries, but not better.
