Durrell Pannell

Durrell Pannell is a skilled professional with extensive experience in retail management and customer service. Currently serving as a Case Manager at Friendship Place, Pannell focuses on providing rapid housing solutions for individuals experiencing homelessness in the DC region. Prior roles include Department Manager at H&M, and Assistant General Manager at Old Navy, where responsibilities encompassed training staff, visual merchandising, and enhancing customer service. Pannell also held positions at Sodexo, where management and training of cashiers were key duties, and completed a summer internship at Second Story Boutique.
