Joe Keeney

Joe Keeney is an accomplished entrepreneur and education leader with extensive experience in the charter school and non-profit sectors. As the Founder and CEO of 4th Sector Solutions Inc. since 2007, Keeney has focused on providing shared services for charter schools and non-profits. In addition, Keeney founded School Food Solutions L3C and serves as its Chairman, while also being a Senior Advisor at Harlem Village Academies and a founder of Charter School Tools. Consulting work for Friendship Public Charter School and previous leadership as President of Edison Schools Inc. further highlight Keeney's expertise. Educational qualifications include an MBA from Harvard Business School and an Ed.M. in Education Leadership from Teachers College, Columbia University.
