Joe Hoff has been working in the retirement community industry for many years, starting as an Administrator at Brandon Oaks in 2003. Joe has since held positions as Executive Director at Brandon Oaks Retirement Community and currently serves as President & CEO at Friendship Retirement Community since July 2017.
