Currently serving as the Executive Director of Dining at Friendship Retirement Community, Luke is dedicated to providing top-notch dining experiences for over 700 residents. In their previous roles at Sodexo-Springmoor Retirement and Sodexo-Brandon Oaks Retirement Community, Luke transformed dining services, focusing on creativity and choices to enhance the overall dining experience for residents.
