Angel de la Fuente is a dedicated professional with extensive experience in care management and outreach for vulnerable populations. Currently serving as the Lead Care Manager at Friendship Shelter since October 2022, Angel conducts client outreach for homeless individuals, provides Enhanced Care Management services, and coordinates comprehensive care plans. Previously, as an Outreach Housing Coordinator, Angel focused on engaging unsheltered individuals and addressing housing barriers. Angel holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Criminology, Law, and Society & Psychology and Social Behavior from the University of California, Irvine.

Since our inception 30 years ago, we have worked with more than 10,000 people to end their homelessness and are proud that each night more than 160 homeless and formerly homeless people sleep safe, warm, and cared for in one of our programs.
