Advocate Shaira Rahman

Advocate Shaira Rahman serves as the Assistant General Manager at Friendship NGO since October 2020 and holds the position of National Consultant at UNDP from October 2019. Additionally, Shaira is the Operational Director at ENTERO360 LIMITED and a Consultant at PPPA, both since August 2018 and March 2017 respectively. Previously, Shaira worked as a Project Management Consultant at the Public Private Partnership Authority, Prime Minister's Office from March 2017 to June 2018, and as a Senior Researcher and Researcher at Associated British Foods plc, Primark from 2014 to 2017, focusing on accident ratios in the RMG sector and research related to the Rana Plaza tragedy. Early career experience includes serving as an Administrative Project Manager at the Inner Power Training & Research Institute from 2010 to 2013 and as a Senior Teacher at Bangladesh Tutorial International School from 2009 to 2010. Academic qualifications include a Masters in Disaster Management and Vulnerability Studies, a Bachelor of Laws (LLB), and a Masters in Political Science from universities in Bangladesh.
