Shawn Sagulo is a seasoned creative professional with extensive experience in art direction and game design. As Co-Founder and Chief Creative Officer of FriendTales since September 2018, Sagulo has published over 10 comic books on the Amazon Marketplace while overseeing creative direction to ensure high-quality outputs. Previously, as Art Director and Lead Artist at Lumin Fitness, Sagulo secured a $10 million investment for the company by leading environment design and producing themed digital graphics. In the role of Game Designer at Luna Park, three virtual escape rooms were developed, which became top-rated attractions. Further experience includes leadership positions at KWEST and Super Happy Fun Fun, where Sagulo consistently delivered high-quality projects and improved production pipelines. Educational background includes a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Illustration from Pacific Northwest College of Art.

We are helping children understand your feelings better. We are creating what we like to call "Characters with Feels". These are characters that embody different mental health states. Think of Inside Out (the Disney movie) but mental health characters. Each of the characters will come to life in 2 ways - comic series and a chatbot. The comic series is to communicate circumstances when the emotions are high and relatable situations. The chatbot is to help them talk out their feelings with the character who went through similar experiences.
