Herman Ermens is an accomplished professional with extensive leadership experience in the nutrition and ingredients sector. Currently serving as President of FrieslandCampina Ingredients since November 2019, Herman previously held various roles at FrieslandCampina from January 2011 to November 2020, including President a.i. of FrieslandCampina Ingredients and Managing Director positions in Performance, Active, and Medical nutrition. Prior to that, Herman was CEO of DMV-Fonterra Excipients from June 2006 to December 2010 and held multiple positions at DMV-International from 1994 to 2006, including BU Manager Pharma and Marketing & Sales Manager Nutritionals. Beginning a career as Sales Manager at Creamy Creation from 1991 to 1994, Herman's educational background includes studies at HAS Green Academy and INSEAD.
