Tam Hoang Tran

Tam Hoang Tran has a diverse background in operations and customer success management, currently holding the position of Customer Success Operation Manager at FrieslandCampina since July 2023. Previously, Tam served as Operations Manager at Concentrix from March 2022 to July 2023 and at transcosmos Vietnam Co., Ltd from May 2018 to March 2022. Prior experience includes a role as Deputy Manager Operations at Concentrix from August 2017 to May 2018 and as Relationship Manager at ONE IBC GROUP from June 2015 to July 2017. Tam also worked as Online Marketing Manager at Fiore Healthy Resort from September 2014 to June 2015. Academic qualifications were obtained from Saigon University.
